JASON HODDER: Expert Advice from One of Canada's Top Winery Sales People

We are excited to be joined by Jason Hodder for our latest episode of Sales Beast. Jason takes us through his  journey before jumping into real estate, which developed his wealth of knowledge around various business sectors. Now, he is a successful licensed realtor with massive accomplishments and over $350,000 in gross commission this year alone.

Jason came from a corporate background and spent decades in merger and acquisition work. The skills he gained through that process mirrors how he constantly aims for the absolute best service to every customer. His love for residential real estate has helped a lot of people turn their dreams into reality.

  • Relationships in business are important. We asked Jason how he is able to carry himself, get recommendations and how he values trust and credibility to his clients.

  • “Be genuine. Don’t try to be somebody that you are not.” 

  • “It comes down to the same fundamentals as any relationship. They have to trust and believe you, and you have to do what you say you are going to do. And eventually you are going to get a reputation for that. And I think it’s the same thing in residential real estate. Referral business and repeat business is priceless!”
